Company History

  YingTong Bus Company was founded by Mr. Chen Ying-Tong, who grew up in a rural family. In the 1960s and 1970s, despite modest income, he worked as a factory machinery maintenance technician and also drove a large truck for deliveries. His dedication included farming before work and on weekends, showcasing his strong will and hands-on responsibility. With keen observation and a deep sense of commitment, he shifted to the tour bus industry during Taiwan's economic boom in the 1980s and established "YingTong Tour Bus Co., Ltd." in 2008, providing safe, secure, and comfortable travel services.

  Mr. Chen Jin-Fu, who now manages YingTong Travel Agency, grew up helping his father, Mr. Chen Ying-Tong, with truck deliveries, unloading, and family farming. He developed a love for driving large vehicles, traveling, and appreciating Taiwan's beautiful mountains, rural landscapes, and friendly culture. After graduating from a technical school and working in a computer company for six years, he pursued his long-held dream of becoming a tour bus driver in 2000. He also introduced information technology to YingTong Bus Company, accumulating 11 years of travel service experience. In 2011, he founded "YingTong Travel Agency Co., Ltd."

Company Philosophy

Hard Strength – Vehicle Equipment

 To provide you with a comfortable and safe travel experience, our fleet uses vehicles from two major brands: Scania and Cummins, with a passenger capacity of 43. The vehicles are equipped with an "External Computerized Suspension System" for the best shock absorption, enhancing ride stability and comfort. All our vehicles are from the years 2016 to 2020. Safety equipment includes Emergency Doors, Fire Extinguishers, Safety Windows, Window Breakers, and Seat Belts, all in compliance with government regulations.

 We also have a strong commitment to interior design. The interior features warm colors to create a cozy travel environment. All seats are "Ergonomic Seats" for maximum comfort. For entertainment, each vehicle is equipped with "Multimedia DVD Players," "Karaoke Systems," and "Digital Mobile TVs." Additionally, recognizing the importance of mobile phone usage, we provide "USB Charging Ports" and "Free WiFi" on all our vehicles.

Soft Strength – Training

 Since the company's inception, we have placed great importance on the quality of our drivers and office staff. Maintaining high standards in their skills and conduct ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service.

 For driver training, the management conducts sessions once in the first half and once in the second half of the year, in addition to occasional meetings and experience-sharing sessions. The training includes the following seven key topics: "Driving Concepts Interaction," "Work Case Sharing," "Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge," "3C Equipment Use," "Preventive Driving," "Emotional Control," and "Regulation Promotion." Emotional control and preventive driving are the focus of the training, as these are key factors for ensuring driving safety.

 For office staff training, the management conducts reviews every six months to evaluate company administrative processes and customer service attitudes.
